TAME Supervisors
and their research team
TAME Supervisors
TAME supervisors are leading academics and industrial scientists dedicated to the training of nine Fellows. Their expertise is reflected in their excellent publication records, all having made major contributions in their respective fields. Each project leader has successfully supervised doctoral theses. Supervisors take great care to encourage and prepare all the fellows to pursue careers in the life sciences.
With their proven skills, expertise and optimal environment, they ensure that the fellows acquire a solid scientific and technological knowledge.
Each fellow will have a supervisor in their home laboratory, an expert in research supervision committed to ensuring ongoing project review and support. Day-to-day supervision will also be provided by members of the local teams, assisting with the acquisition of technical skills and troubleshooting experimental challenges.
The supervisor will be supported by an individual thesis committee, comprised of two scientific members external to the supervisory team, functioning as external evaluators to provide additional feedback.
” Under the guidance of their supervisors, fellows will benefit from ongoing support and the extensive academic and industrial networks of their mentors, easing the transition after completion of their PhD. ”
